This week's episode features a conversation with my guest, JK McLeod. JK is a married father of two children, a 17 year old daughter and a 10 year old son. JK learned from an early age about the pivotal and impactful role that fathers can play in the family.
He is the host of a weekly podcast called 'Help Me Understand', which focuses on learning more about the context behind the views, opinions, and events that we experience in everyday life.
He is also a personal trainer, focusing on using fitness as a vehicle to empower people to develop themselves both physically and mentally.
In our conversation we react to the events at The Covenant School in Nashville, TN that claimed the lives of six people, as well as the life of the shooter. Even more unfortunate, this episode will be released on the heels of the most recent mass shooting in Louisville, KY. To echo JK's sentiment, "Here we go, again."
