Grieving Your Pre-Fatherhood Life? Pt. II (ft. Donald Mbeutcha & Matt Brown)

This episode features part two of last week's conversation with my guests, Matt Brown & Donald Mbeutcha.

We all have grieved something or someone in our lives before. But, could it be that in the reality of fatherhood some dads may be grieving the loss of what life was like BEFORE having children? Is that  even a thing? And if so, is it better not to admit it and talk about it openly?

Or

…is it something other than a pre-child/children life a dad may be grieving altogether? Is it even right to refer to whatever that feeling is as “grief”?

We attempt to tackle these questions by reflecting on our shared & individual experiences as men and fathers.
